1 Tishrei, 5779, age 69, of
Buffalo, NY. Beloved wife
of Howard Rosenhoch for
47 years. Devoted mother
of Alan (Gabrielle
Balderman) and David Rosenhoch.
Adoring grandmother of Emilia Tziporah
Rosenhoch, born September 3, 2018.
Daughter of the late Alan Sagar and the
late Beulah Sagar Griffith. Stepdaughter
of the late James Griffith; stepsister
of Michael Griffith (Nancy Grigor).
Also survived by her loving niece Kayla
Rosen of San Francisco, brother-in-law
Jonathan Rosen of Sebastopol, CA and
many close family and friends in the
Buffalo Jewish and general community,
around the country and in Israel.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am
on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at
Temple Beth Zion, 805 Delaware Ave.,
Buffalo. Interment will be in Forest Lawn
Cemetery immediately following.
Friends may join the family as they sit
shiva at Valerie and Howard’s home,
171 Beard Ave., Buffalo, Wednesday
evening 7-9, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9,
Friday 2-4, and Sunday and Monday 2-4
and 7-9. In lieu of flowers, memorials in
Valerie’s memory may be made to
Kadimah Academy of Buffalo (1085
Eggert Rd.), Aspire of WNY (designated
to support the home at 163 High Park
Blvd), or a charity of your choice.
